Hello, I'm thinking of buying a site in Bangalore. When I look into the sale deed, there are three vendors mentioned, Vendor1, Vendor2, Vendor3 who are seller/layout developers. There is a individual buyer(who is currently selling the site). The layout is approved by Bangalore development Authorities(BDA). These vendors have bought the land having Sy.No. XY from a farmer & his family via a registered document. In this old sale deed, farmer, his brothers and sons have signed the document. One of the sons name is Srinivas. however there is another family tree(in kannada) issued by village accountant which says that farmers sons name is Vasu. So there is a name mismatch between sale deed and family tree. How serirous is this problem ? how to rectify this ? Is it safe to buy this land ? Please clarify. Thank you & Regards, Shiavanand |
