Name transfer

SIR, I HAVE SOLD MY HONDA ACTIVA  IN APRLI 2018..TILL DATE THE BUYER DID'T  TRANSFER  HIS NAME IN R.C ....HOW CAN I PROTECT MY SELF(SELLER)  FROM ANY PROBLEMS IN FUTURE...I HAVE HIS DELIVERY NOTE SIGNED & VOTER'S I.D COPY ALSO..KINDLY ADVICE. SITHU

U issue a legal notice to him thru advocate. After legal notice served u wait for reply. Even he doesn't reply u keep the legal notice copy served for him with RPAD. With u for evidence
