On last due date due to medical reason one of our PW could not be present in court against which a bailable warrant was issued. One constable came with notice to our home and just informed us to be present in time on the date fixed.
Next time also the same happened and NBW has been issued against him. Our lawyer says NBW can only be canclled on next date fixed and nothing will happen beyond a second notice from court.
Kindly advice what else can be done to avoid anything worse before the due date fixed. Can we submit any application with medical certificate before the fixed date?
