Is Non Circumvention & Non Discloser Agreement enforceable in India ? If yes under which Laws and Acts.

NDA's are enforcable and executed in India. The basis is on Contracts Act . Nda's can be unilateral, or one-way agreements or two way or bilateral agreement.

This is an instrument that is used in the early stages of business transactions arranged by intermediaries. The main purpose is to ensure that the intermediaries or the person or party who brought the buyer and the seller together are not bypassed. The information is not revealed to any external person/party.

Thanks Mr. Rajesh, But is NCNDA enforceable in India ? If yes under which Laws and Acts.

I tried to do so but it is very difficult to get link.

Law of Contracts and enforcable at Civil Court.
