NDA's are enforcable and executed in India. The basis is on Contracts Act . Nda's can be unilateral, or one-way agreements or two way or bilateral agreement.

The main purpose is to ensure that the intermediaries or the person or party who brought the buyer and the seller together are not bypassed. The information is not revealed to any external person/party.
