I am fighting false 498a.
I am looking for the Case law of Punjab and Haryana High Court decision reported as Richhipal Kaur v. State of Haryana and another, 1991(2) Rec Cri R 53.
Request all the members and experts to provide the full case law.
It was observed in this case that offence u/s 498a would not be made out if beating given to bride by husband and his relations was due to domestic disputes and not on account of demand of dowry..
Also if possible also provide - Sanjeev Kumar Agarwal v. State, II (2009) DMC 457 (Del).
