Case Details:
Planitiffs are currently based out of Warangal .
Defendants are in Based out of Hyderabad.
Litigation Property is in Cyberabad Premises [ Ghatkesar ], Might come under L.B Nagar Jurisdiction.
Additional details:
1.Cheque issued as part of "Agreement of Sale" [ of Resturant business] has been dishonored, however the property possession has been taken by the Defendants since more than an year and the defendants are conducting business without full and final settlement.
2.We are expecting a monthly Rent for the property since the time defendants took the possession of the property along with amount on the dishonored cheque + 2% interest and Legal expenses which we have incurred, till date.
3.Already a Cheque bounce case is filed against the Defendants which is for hearing next week. [ NBW Defendants has been issued against the defendants as they have failed to attend the case in earlier hearings]
4.We are Behind of our Beloved lawyer, for more than 2 months to file a civil suit, but he despite having an experience of more than 30 years, this gentleman failed to file a civil suit, and even clueless as where he has to file this Civil suit. His assistance has already said us that the Civil suit has to be only filed in the premises where the property is [ i.e., in R.R District premises]. But looks like our lawyer woke up yesterday and realized the same , and said he has to refer his books and let us. It is a clear cut conspiracy by lawyer as he was already bribed by defandants earlier recall NBW issued to defendants earlier.
Questions and need your inputs:
a. Can we file a Civil suit in Warangal ,in the same court where the Criminal suit is already in process.
b. Is there any lawyer in Warangal or Hyderabad who can help us in fighting our case ?
Our Requirements:
We need a Lawyer who is very transparent and confident enough in making sure we get the amounts as laid out in point no.2 [ Please refer above]
Keeping in mind the Plaintiffs are not able to travel to Hyderabad, so travel to hyderabad as part of Court proceedings have to be minimized or avoided.
