I need a notice format for forgery of a document.
Case Details: A is an employee XYZ company and got relieved from employment recently. Subsequently, A has joined some new company by producing fake documents. XYZ company came to know about these facts when that new company approached XYZ for background check. Now this XYZ company need to send a notice to A for forgery of an appointment letter and relieving letter as well.
I would appreciate for your quick response.
