Am vinoth living in chennai and my father had bought a property in chennai when its under construction before 2 years as builder agreed we had paid the installment according to the construction of the building.Finally the builder was stopped construction this flat and started the different construction in another area.We waited for 2years but still now the builder saying that i will complete in 1month 2months like that i dont want to continue with the builder so that what shall i do against the builder.
Please read my query and am eagerly waiting for the response.
