actually this case belongs to my father ,but i take the initiative as the case was in pending for more than 20 yrs
and in the andhra pradesh high court itself it was in pending since 2001
so anyone who can deal with the case and can get the case out of the court will be greatly appreciated (with fee ;) )
the main strings of the case were as follows
1)it was an agricultural land
2)total of 2.5 to accused1 and 1 acre to accused 2
3)the tenant is claiming tht he is the tenant in good faith but we argue tht he is a TRESSPASSER
for this even he doesnt pays any amount for using the land
4)the person upon whom it was accused was dead and his son doesn t agree to take the case ,but he doesnt even agree to vacate the land too
