Please advice,
My aunty made a complaint against my uncle last year in Nov 2010 , that he robbed her 1.2lac of jewellery from her house in paharganj.
Their divorce case is pending in U.P, also her son gunshoot my uncle niece in april and is in judicial custody now she want to pressurize us anyhow to withdraw the case u/s 307.
Can a case for making false complaint be registered against her in delhi court.
Right now she has put DV ACT on my uncle , they are not living for the last 20 years. also please give your opinion on DV ACT also
We have the DD entry copy from the Police station. please advice.
