Need your advice on a situation we house owners of Sterling Domain apartment are facing:
We all purchased flats from this developer 3 yrs back and in the agreement it has been mentioned that we will be provided with 24*7 generator backup but no action has been taken by the builder. He doesn’t pick the call.
According to him he says there are 4 builders and out of 4 builders 3 have left the “Sterling developers” group so he cant take any action.
We house owners of Sterling domain apartment have planned to file a case against the builder, can any1 of you suggest do we have a strong holding in this scenario or will the case be filed back on us.
