Dear Experts
My friend's father has brought a plot in 1970 and died intestate. My friend is the only surviving legal heir now.
Recently he wants to apply for patta and approached the Tahsildhar office. The VAO of that area has categoricially stated that he is carrying a forgery document and patta cannot be issued. (The layout plan has plot numbers with missing numbers (for example 1to 105 is shown and again starts from 154 and ends with 175, in between numbers are missing.)
But the E.C. is still in favour of my friends father name only but the revenue records shows a different name.
Now the VAO advises , to do a fencing work and wait for any objections .
Kindly advise please as how to resolve this problem and get the patta...
