Need some help
Jointed an MNC, relocated and spent good amount of money. Now the company is not providing the tranport at a particular place.
The reason I'm being given that the area is conjested but it's not. It's very difficult for me to manage the pick and drop my own where I'm assigned a night shift.
There company policy is to provide Home pick & drop.
Please help me to understand what are the options available for me?
