need case diary of police

Dear Sir, My 498a/406 charges has been submitted. Please guide me the procedure to get case diary. By case diary I mean, the diary in which police keep on maintaining record during investigation.

its not possible get extract of case diary pending investigation

Why do you need case diary? IT wont be given to anyone.

By case diary I mean, the diary in which police keep on maintaining record during investigation.

You can get, complaint copy, NC copy, NC number etc via RTI but not case diary.
