Sir/Madam,
I need the difference between a gift deed and a sale registration. I am getting a small piece of land as ancestorial propert from my uncle. My parents want the property to be transfered on my name. My uncle is ready to give it to me. He said that he wants to give it as gift deed. I just want information whether it can be re transferable as gift to some one else after doing a gift deed to me.
If i get the property as sale deed what is the procedure and what are the steps i have t follow.
