a girl from goa, proposed me. she also told me that she was engaged to someone earlier and wants to get out of it and marry me. she had signed a document in the court along with that person. she said it was just an engagement document which reads that two families are agreeing to have their childerns married but will decide on the date of marriage within 6 months.
i learnt that when u sign a document in court, it means u r married with that person and u r legally married.
is that true? so does that mean the girl is someone's wife... please clarify
