Need divorce

My wife filled the fake complaint against me and my family in CAW cell with regular illegations of dowry and domestice violence. And her parents took her home infront me. She filled a complaint after 1yr ( She left on 13th Sep 2009).And in CAW cell she asked for divorce and 10lakhs rupee. So that now i want divorce but in court. My question is " If she refused in court for divorce and said she wants to stay with me but sepecratly. Then What do i do?

Pls help in this

Both want divorce. Where is the problem?

If both want divorce, then file a petition of divorce on mutual consent. Its the best way to get divorce. So far as the maintenance of Rs. 10 Lakhs is concern, its depends upon various factors, and upon your pleadings. You needn't be worry of it. Ask your local lawyer for help.
