IF you write at the end of your letter, " Civil or Criminal or both actions will be taken against you", it'll be taken for Legal Notice.

After allowing a month, you can move the Court.

Legal Notice is, though not mandatory, useful for you for claiming costs if your husband accepts your prayer.

How did he cheated you. Legal notice doesn't prove. it.you have to prove it in court.if not try to take divorce with mutual consent .allegations doesn't work in court.wste of time only

Legal Notice doesn't prove.      Agreed.     But who said it does?

Legal Notice is useful in getting costs when a defendant admits the claims of the Plaintiff in their first appearance.    This's the only purpose of it.

It is better to get mutual divorce as that would be speedy and without any headachs.

However if that is not possible then you must have strong evidance to prove that he cheated as cheating can be good ground for divorce.

Though woman have too many tools to pressurize the man ;and most of them are misused.
