I am writing my query to my FIR which i filed in 2018 Sepctember in Banaglore Electronic City Police station.
In Sepctember 2018 I was at Office and when I came back and saw my house lock was broken and my Costly Gadgets were stolen from the house. I have immediatley filed and FIR. After three month I got a messege from Police staion and that your theive has been caught by the Police and you can collect your belongings. When I reached there Poice forced me to accept some other items which were not mine and sign that I have recieved my goods. I refused to accepth those.
Now last week I got and autogenerated SMS from the Police station that your FIR chargesheet has been filed to infornt of the Magistrate. I have changed my Job from Bangalore and and now I am in Patiala. Whether my presence will be required over there during the hearing. What will happen next.
Please guide me what I should do now.
