My sister-in-law has filled a 498a case aginst us.Also she has filled a case under crpc125. Now she has filled dissolution of marriage.In all the case she has brought aginst us she has stated that the marriage was under hindu marriage act.But actually it is under special marriage act.My brother had an social marriage and registration is done under special marriage act.
Please let me know is this possible.If not what will be the possible way out for us.
