I want the information regarding the Court Marriage for my friend.
She is born in Indian in 1987, at the age of 14 she migrated to Thailand, now she hold's Thai Passport. She wants to get married to Indian Guy in few months, i want to know what are the legal documents she required for the Court Marriage in India. How long it will take, and what happen if some one raise objections.
she wants her indian citizenship back, she has her Thai Passport with her as only legal Document, birth certificate can be obatined.
