Helloo,
Two of my friends got into an a fight with bus driver and they were drunk. BEST has filed a case against them IPC sections 353, 34,504 and 85.
Both were in jail for two days as it was bank holiday when this incident happened. Now there are out on bail and this happened in Sep 2015, since then they are getting dates and both are extending it further.
Now one of them wants to travel to UK on Tier 2 general visa for 5 yrs as one of the UK company is ready to sponsor his work visa.
He needs a police clearance certificate and is worried if he would be able to travel or no. Or is there a way he can still travel.
