Need help-Pension issue

If u r not give Divorce your first wife then she is right to your pension after your death.

First wife file a suit in court for that and give application in your department and pension department for that.

But one thing

1] I allready got judgement from high court 10 years before that my first marriage was not held as per hindu marriage act like ring and yoke not performed at time of marrige and got judgement from court that my first marriage is invalid.

But as part of my pension,I allready entered my 2nd wife name.

QUERY1: So as per above mentioned judgement as part of high court,Do my first wife get pension.

QUERY2:After my deaath,Do my first wife get right on my property.I want to give only to 2nd wife.In this case what I need to do
