We have a case under crpc 125 in calcutta high court.Now our case which was going on in a certain court room has now moved to different court room.I want to know why this room change takes place.Is this normal.
I am little bit corcerned about this room change because with change of room judge is also changing.Will this linger our case more and also can affect teh judgement.
