Hi ,
We have a case under crpc 125 in calcutta high court.Now our case which was going on in a certain court room has now moved to different court room.I want to know why this room change takes place.Is this normal.
I am little bit corcerned about this room change because with change of room judge is also changing.Will this linger our case more and also can affect teh judgement.

In high court periodically due to change in Roster the court changes and it is a normal routine .Actually the judge is changed hence,change in court.
