I humbaly request that post some Suprme Court citations/judments relating to money recovery suit
Sub: Money recovery suit can be initiated only within 3 years form the date of cause of action OR
This suit is time barred by limiation and is dismissed.
Money suit cannot be entertaiend after lasps of 3 years of its time.OR
Any other judgments on limitaion for money recovery suit.
