Need lawyer in getting succession certificate in bangalore

I am looking for professional legal help in getting succession certificate.

My uncle who was unmarried and considered me as his son passed away on 21- Dec- 2000 in Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and has left behind some share certificates in his name.

My father was his only brother (younger) and he also passed away in 2010. The share certificates are in my possession and I want to claim them and unclaimed dividends declared in past years.

I tried to contact the share companies and they suggest Succession Certificate can help in transferring the shares from my uncles name to my name.

I have death certificate of my uncle and other documents. I would like to know can you help in getting succession certificate in Bangalore?

As I reside in Bangalore and do not goto Dehradun that often, I want succession certificate to be issued from Bangalore.

Any help in this regard will be helpful.

Mr. Anil,

You cannot apply for succession certificate in Bangalore for the person who belonged to and died at Uttarkhand.  Do not get carried away by the words of touts luring you with false promises that way and waste your money.  Go to Dehradun once, engage a good lawyer, hand over the responsibilities to him and follow it up through him regularly.  That is the only solution you have before you now.
