Need a lawyer who can guide/file a case for us for custody of my sister daghter who is living with my sister sinceher divorce without nay claim being made by her first husband.She got divorced on 2007 when her daughter was 4.5 years old and in divorce papers there had been no mention about child custody as ther was no dispute on her custody from her first husband.
Kindly help whther there have to be case or any other posible where she can get her child formally in paer sher custody as she is now married and she want to reflects her second husbands name in child legal papers.
