HI i am raj . a middle class family and i got married in the year 2011 and after 15 days of my marriage . my in laws and my wife asked me to sell all the property on my name and my parents name and move to there place and stay with my wifes parents . and i didnt agree for it so they refused to send my wife to my house and i got a job in Australia and now i am an Australia citizen . i waited for so long and now my and wife and there parents are blackmailing for money . so i applied for divorce in India . she put a 498A case on me and its been a year that i have been to india .
She said she want to apply for the red corner notices so that i would be asked to come back to india and they can arrest me . is there any other way where she could request the interpol to arrest me and bring me back to india .
To my bad luck my wifes mother is a lawyer so she is puting all the false information and she is trying to harrase me to the maximum extent and my parents have Antispratory bail.
Us there a way where she can make me come to india ... i havent been to india because i dont wont to mess up the situation
what should i do . is Bail the only option i have now .
Any sugesstion would be helpful
