Sir/Madam,
I am currently working as HR Executive (E1 scale of Rs.16400-40500 Basic) in the HR field in a PSU. Prior to this I was working in another maharatna PSU in the scale of Rs.24900-50500 as HR Executive (E1). Due to some personal problems I resigned form my erstwhile job and joined this PSU. I was not able to produce NOC nor claim benefit of restwhile experience through pay protection on my Basic. Monetary parlance apart, i want to know, so please advice, nowadays when I send my application against vacancy in PSUs should I show my previous maharatna experience? Will it give a negative image of me since I left a higher scale of maharatna PSU and joined a PSU on a lower scale? I want career growth so what should I do. I am now 35 yrs. old. Kindly advice.
