Need suggestion before giving divorce

Hello, I am IT professional working in delhi, wife at my home town she went as no suitable found here, there she got a job and staying with my parents, my son also with her. Now from last few months without any reason she fight me and stop talking and saying that she want to leave me and saying that take your son.

I want to know what is the procedure in this case as I already tried many times that I don’t want to leave but in small-small reason saying that she don’t want leave with me either she left my son alone, sometime she will kill me..... Multiple times she tried to kill herself, me and my son also. Now I am too much in depression of her activity. I am also too far from my son and parents.

Suggest me how can I gave her divorce easily and don’t want to give any single penny

First introspect the issues and put some sincere efforts to reconcile them if at all they are soluble and still under control. After exhausting all the possibilities for reunion or patching up the difference, you may think about breaking the ways provided that will be the last resort and relief. Under that circumstances since she is not willing to live with you anymore, ask her give her consent for mutual divorce. Since she is employed and your son is also under your custody and maintained by you, the question of granting her maintenance may be very remote or feeble issue. You may rope in the elders of both the sides to settle the issues on a collective opinion, if it fails,take the help of a local lawyer and decide further course of legal action accordingly.
