I have filed divorce case in Family court in last year. Now after 1 year she has filed her written statement along with the maintenance claim. Does she claim maintenance even though she was working till last year and not sure whether she is continuing working or not. She has deserted me and now claiming that she hasn't did this but I never went there to get her. She is giving lie statements. She has made life horrible and also her behaviour was cruel to me. How would i prove it? Please help me out and advise.
