Need to ask medical history of wife sex organs

I got married in 2011. No s*x relation with wife. 3 years back she file false 307 with 498a on me and my family. Police investigation cleaned false charges on me , only they filed 498a. I got bailed. Now I need to ask if she had any medical treatment to fix her s*x related issues.

You can get the marriage dclared void if the marriage has not been consumated.
