2) III - 2013 DMC 661 ( DB ) - MUKUNDAN VS KATYUSHA - KERALA HIGH COURT  - EVIDENCE TO BE                        HEARED  IN JOINT

Just taking a broad guess here : when both defendant and plaintiff submit evidences and a common document is made showing the veracity, objections etc to each.
