My wife filed a DV act and asking maintance ...
Earlier both met with an accident and my wife seriously injured , i taken her into good hospital and given good treatment ... Accident case admitted by the car driver ...
In DV case , she given statement that , i purposefully met accident and planned to kill her in road accident .
and She and her father filed claim for accident and claimed good amount from the insurence company without informing me , and i am the complaintant in accident case .
I have all documents related to Accident and claim made by her .
Please tell me , whether i can put counter case on them , , if yes please tell me the which type case
