Hi. In 2003, a person file a fake FIR u/s 147, 149, 379, 447 agst all my family member. In year 2008 decision was in our favour, Now in sep 2015 again we recd saman. But as I have checked the case detail online its showing the second party,s name vs state Pls advise / guide. What we have to do.
