An accused is tried for 2 cheque bounce cases filed by two bothers simulateneously for sale of same property. In case accused gets imprisonment for both the cases, will he have to undergo concurrently? Both brothers got separate cheques and separate cheques were filed, since the transaction is same, trial is taking place together.

Yes when two separate cases by defferent persons are filed than conviction will not be one.
How ever if you say it relates to same propery than apply for joint trial and most likely the application will be rejected in lower court so first go to revision and than to HC,so it will solve all your problems.
