Nitty-gritties of a will

The following question pertains to my grandfather's will currently in probate court. My question is if the first generation beneficiaries (i.e. my father and his siblings) have signed in the Will itself by the term "In Token Acceptance" and if their signatures are well established, then can the heirs in the present (our) generation contest the probate of the Will? What  grounds can be used to block such a contest? Please note that the Will is a regular Will but  being probated late due to some reasons and all members of previous generation have expired.
