Dear learned experts,
A person filed a false chequ bounce against a person for which the person filed a private complaint against him in honorable court and the honorable court directed the concerned police to issue FIR and investigate the matter.But the concerned police did not give any reply on the status nor taken any action despite repeated requests since two years and when an influential person demanded om that the police simply said that THE CASE IS CLOSED AS FALSE but the police did not given any information regarding that.
Without information on how the police can close the case?
Kindly advise on this .Thanq.
The police is bound to register FIR and conduct investigation, as directed by the Court otherwise concerned police authorities are liable for action.
