If a person dies leaving behind huge prop..bt he dnt have any leagl heir/ representative..........thn in this case hw his prop is transferred to GOVT.

Hi Madam,
Your question is very general one, Need purticular religion (deceased Person belonged), because Succession Act is Vary for religions in India. So Please mention the deceased person's religion.Incaser the person belongs to Hindu religion II Class and III Class Legal heris also taken into account.
