No of copies

Dear All,

I have to file a quash petition in High Court as party in person hence would like to know how many copies have to be file before filing counter and all the sets should be signed originally by the petitioner and respondent.

There are three petitioners against whom FIR is registered u/s 498A IPC.

1. As you are filing the case as party in person, you can represent only yourself and not others.

2. When you are petitioner, and respondent will be the state How can you get your petition signed by the state?

Only petitoner will sign the petition

if you want to get the petiton quashed for all three accused, you need to appoint a lawyer for the same.

Sir, Original copy for the Hon. Court and a copy for respondent, duly signed by the petitioner. Good luck, Kishor Mehta
