Karan Bhatia (Victim of Law (individual not firm))     03 September 2016

No progress in property civil case since 5 years, your take?

Hi Honorable Lawyers (offering valuable time, thought and free advice to seekers online is probably one of the truer definitions of the word "honourable"),

please find attached screenshot at https://imgur.com/a/9EwrK  or read the case summary at

https://services.ecourts.gov.in/ecourtindia/cases/ki_petres.php?state=D&state_cd=17&dist_cd=13#

- select "Court Complex"

- in drop down list select last option "Old High Court Building, Navrangpura"

- in petitioner/respondent type "bhatia"

- year "2011"

many names get listed, most of them are from the same case that I'm referring - CS CCC/2114/2011

please take a look and offer your valuable insight on what has gone about for 5 years since 2011, which is to say, absolutely nothing has happened till now

Our lawyer in Ahemadabad had promised stay on construction in the disputed property within 2 months and case to be over in 5 years back in 2011.

Best Regards,

Karan
