The dist dy register passed the order of re audit of hsg soc upon complaint of one member.The society challenged the order and file a case at Joint Registrars office.The complainant member became cavetor in the case..The case is not yet at hearing stage even after 3 years.Can soc give NOC to the member to sale the flat .
