Since you are not a bonded labour, you may quit your present job anytime subject to the terms and conditions of the appointment letter.

Your present employer needs to give you a reliving letter and the experience certificate.

But do not disclose with your current employer about the details of the new company where you are looking to join as the present employer might create hurdles and communicate some wrong things about youwith your new employer.
