If you mean NOC for sale of house in CHS, each CHS has its own draft. In case of buyer applyin for housing loan, the respective bank has their own way of drafting NOC. So, there is no formate available undr the CHS Rules. It is better if it is drafted to suit the individual need also acceptable to the signing authority., to avoid dispute while getting signed.
