Hi Sir/Madam,
I have purchased one flat from land share owner and registered in my name with the signature of Land owner & his father during registration(as both name's were there in agreement between Builder & LandOwner).
I asked for NOC from Builder like other people got from builder as they purchased from builder directly.
But mine is LandOwner share apt, and builder told to check with LandOwner as we both(LndOwner & me) did the deal one2one.
So, do i need any type of NOC from LandOwner as well from builder? Is it require or i may face any issues from LandOwner though all legal things are looking good between builder/Landowner agreement, sale deed etc?
Kindly help/Guide me.
