im stanny n im staying at vasai but im working abroad my question to u is the flat of my late motherinlaw was trasfered to her younger daughter with all legal rights as she was the nominee now the question is she has sold her property legaly n made all trasfered documents stamp duty n registeration at vasai off,but uptil now the bank has not given her the full n final cheque as the loan is 100% in white,now its almost two months passed n my sister in law is an NRI now she has left back but uptill now the AXIS bank has not cleared the cheque.
for how long can we wait for this aggreement of sale deed withstand.
if we want to terminate this sale of aggremment is there any laws n clause in
please advice n how long can we still wait
