Non acceptance of summons

My wife is not accepting the summons sent for divorce petition. Her family members lock out house or some time if some one found says that he/she is for look after of the house and all family members went out of station. They also try to offer bribe to messenger for giving false report that house is locked. She has filed dowry case and 127 Cr. P. C. Case also. Kindly advise. Pl. also advise how can i counter her by filing cases.
