Dear Experts.
I want to know in preliminary hearing, if a Non Bailable Warrant of Arrest is issued for the non appearance of accused in the Court for hearing, who is being tried for offences under Section 325, 341and 34 of IPC (Bailable offences). Then should he file Bail application under Section 436 or 437 of CR.P.C.? Thank you.
