I made an agreement to buy a flat for 13000/ paid 3000/advance.I reside in it.The party is not fair and not have originals.As it was nearing 3 years, i went to court of law and got ex parte to get registered and pay balance amount in court.I learned that the property is in mortigage in a bank but the E C shows clear title.I want to avoid it . what best can i do . And what would be the result.Please answer.
