who has the authority to sell the Non Development lands in Pune
what is the process for buying such lands
whether the land are available for sale (Housing activities) only for public or Builders
1. The State Govt. (collector office) has jurisdiction on such lands, which are in restricted category and which cannot be sold /purchased, without prior permission from district collector, which can be done after following a really long procedure of law.
2. Proper Application can be submitted with proposal details, to collector office for allotment of land for Housing purposes and this can be done by a registered Society /NGO /Builder etc.... BUT not by an individual person.
